Outbound Sales Development Coordinator

Reporting to the Commercial Manager your responsibilities will include:

Making a large volume of well-crafted and effective outbound calls in line with commercial targets

Re-engaging with lapsed accounts and down-spending accounts to rebuild relationships

Pro-actively identify and target new accounts via prospecting with outbound calls

Dealing with incoming queries

Administration of orders and quotations

Liaising with internal departments such as logistics and procurement to ensure orders are fulfilled

Do you have the correct profile?

To be considered for this role, you must have a suitable background in B2B telesales/internal sales roles and able to demonstrate success in undertaking effective outbound campaigns in line with existing customer account development and new business/client acquisition.  You will be comfortable with and motivated by a sales targeted environment and able to use sales techniques combined with your own effective ‘style’ to win and develop new customer accounts. By no means is packaging sector experience needed as full product training shall be provided, but previous use of a CRM system would help as would a reasonable level of MS Office. You shall be able to multi-task and prioritise your own workload and enjoy working within a small office team environment.
