Package: Basic salary £23,000 to £28,000 (dependent on experience) plus bonus & flexible benefits package including hybrid working, up to 27 days holiday (Plus additional annual leave purchasing scheme)

Macfarlane Group PLC is the UK's largest packaging distributor, and we are seeking to urgently hire a vibrant, sales focused individual to join our E-Commerce Accounts team as a New Business Sales Support Coordinator. The New Business Sales Support Coordinator role
The core focus of this role is to make outbound calls to identify potential new e-commerce businesses/accounts. Working alongside the E-Commerce Accounts team, you will be researching businesses, prospecting and making appointments. By generating leads via outbound activity to this will help develop customer spend and identify new opportunities. Another key part of this role will be to develop social media campaigns for E-Commerce Accounts customers.

Do you have the correct profile?
The successful candidate will be comfortable in making outbound calls, be friendly and enthusiastic to chat to people, striving to make appointments for the external sales team. You will also ideally have some previous experience of working within a small office-based team. We are looking for an upbeat, motivated individual who will enjoying the buzz and challenge of a fast-paced environment, with the tenacity not to give up!
