Machine Applicator Operator Role
We are urgently seeking to hire an additional team member to work on a full-time temporary contract basis, operating label applicator equipment within our Kilmarnock factory. Opportunities are available working on a continental shift pattern basis. You will be focussed on conducting accurate and effective applicator operations alongside maintaining high quality process standards. Fully specific training will be provided on applicator operations and procedure.
 
Do you have the correct profile?
We are welcoming applications from individuals who meet with the below criteria… 

• Minimum 6-months prior experience of operating equipment within a fast-paced factory/production or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to take and follow set instructions and retain key information regarding process and procedure
• Previous experience of working to quality process and procedure advantageous
• Willingness to work on a temporary contract basis (expected to be for a number of months)
• A flexible approach to working overtime if required by the business
• Strong general numeracy & literacy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective team member, able to work in line with deadlines
• Residing within a reasonable daily journey time from the Kilmarnock site
