Location: Wolverhampton
Package: Basic salary up to £27,000 (dependant on experience) Plus Bonus/OTE & Benefits
Hours: Full time (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm)

We are urgently seeking to appoint an experienced B2B internal sales person to join us on a permanent basis and contribute to our continued success. The Telesales Executive Role
You will be required to conduct outbound sales activities, so as to develop new business appointments for the business, in accordance with commercial targets and to further develop business with existing customers, all with a view to helping to increase sales turnover.
Telesales Executive Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Work with our external Field Sales Team to develop lead generation
  • Undertake research to help identify prospective customers, and relevant decision makers within prospect companies
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospects to scope & qualify business opportunities, where appropriate booking appointments for sales team to visit
  • Support the Sales and marketing team with strategic new business marketing campaigns
  • Plan approaches to ensure maximum impact when making calls in line with the company sales process and preferred approach
  • Handle any enquiries, initial concerns and objections the prospects have initially
  • Conduct pro-active outbound calls to existing customer base to ensure business levels are maintained and new sales opportunities are capitalised upon
  • Present new products and services to enhance existing customer relationships
  • Work to attain yearly/monthly/weekly KPI’s targets as assigned to the role
  • Plan each day to effectively maximise time and balancing the need for focus on both new business sales activity and existing customer interaction.
  • Complete all necessary administration as required by the Sales Manager on time (to include reports and weekly statistics review)
  • Update and maintain prospect entries and appointments, using the CRM system (Goldmine) to ensure information on CRM is accurate and current

 

Do you have the correct profile?
We would welcome applications from individuals who already have some experience of working within a similar internal/office based sales role. That said, we do appreciate that good sales people come from all walks of life, so would be open minded to considering anyone who is highly motivated, well presented, professional with an excellent telephone manner and communication skills who is keen to learn/develop and most importantly succeed! Applicants will ideally live within no more than a half-hour commute from our Wolverhampton office.
