Location: Reading and the Wider Berkshire Region
Package: Basic salary up to £40,000 (dependent on experience) plus bonus/commission (scope to earn 100% of salary), company car (or allowance) & flexible benefits package including hybrid working, up to 27 days holiday (Plus additional annual leave purchasing scheme)

The Role of Field Sales Executive
Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, the Field Sales Executive position is a dynamic, full-spectrum sales role. Expect to cultivate existing customer relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities. Your ability to balance these aspects will be the key to your success in meeting and exceeding agreed-upon goals and targets. You will excel at building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across a range of customer accounts, continually assessing their needs and seizing opportunities to present fresh, tailored solutions.

Your Profile
We are seeking experienced B2B sales professionals, with a minimum of 1 year of field-based/customer-facing experience. As an effective negotiator, you will possess exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. You’ll relish the opportunity to truly add value to customers, as your track record demonstrates a history of solution-based selling with integrity. Your success in consistently meeting sales targets is evident. Living within the specified territory and holding a valid UK driving licence is essential to apply. While prior packaging sales experience is highly advantageous, it’s not essential to us.
