Location: Cricklade (Swindon Area)
Package: Basic annual salary up to £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus bonus & company benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5am
Sector: Packaging Design & Manufacturing

Based at our Cricklade offices, this is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing business as a Customer Service Sales Advisor whereby you will be a valued member of a small and conscientious internal sales team. We are looking for an individual who has sound numerical and organizational skills and the drive to contribute towards achieving our sales targets. We have an attractive annual bonus scheme which is rewarded depending on the team’s performance against budget.
 
Customer Service Sales Advisor – Key Responsibilities
As Customer Service Sales Advisor, it will be your job to manage customers enquiries and requests, ensuring that all communications are professional, polite, and productive. 

• Building a rapport with customers and delivering excellent customer service
• Logging enquiries from customer briefs and producing accurate estimates using bespoke software applications which are integral to GWP
• Liaising and building working relationships with key suppliers. Co-ordinating each stage of the order process from design through to the order and delivery
• Following up on quotes in a timely manner to achieve orders
• Prioritizing own workload with attention to detail and multitasking

Do you have the correct profile?

• Proven success in providing excellent customer service (underpinned by strong communication skills both verbal and written) customer service.
• High levels of numeracy and literacy
• The ability to follow correct procedures and processes
• Good general computer literacy
• Well-presented with strong punctuality & commitment
