I started life at Macfarlane Packaging as an administrator and worked through different roles including a Sales Coordinator and Key Account Coordinator, so I’ve really benefited from the opportunities here to progress over time. There are also often opportunities to contribute to central projects which really keeps things interesting. The company really value experience and I frequently have input to process and system improvement too.

I’d never thought much about packaging before I joined, it’s a much more challenging industry than I realised, I’m always learning new things!”
